Waterproofing Applications
The penetration of water to structural members is one of the primary causes of damages in condominiums and townhouses. Waterproofing is the application of impermeable coatings over penetrable surfaces to prevent damages that can occur when elements are exposed to moisture and water. For condominiums, waterproofing coatings are most often applied to concrete substrates and surfaces, such as:
- Garbage/Compactor Room floors
- P-Level Hallways
- Exterior Porches/Landings
- Balconies
- Garages
- Concrete Canopies or Other Structures
